Depending on the order's risk profile and the customer's requirements, we route to one or more of the following:
Visual examination, date code analysis, mark permanency, package conformance.
Non-destructive internal verification of die size, bond wires, and lead frame.
Chemical opening of the package to expose and inspect the die directly.
Microscopic die-level verification — mfr logo, part number, layout, defects.
Pin-level electrical correlation against a known-good reference part.
Solder dip tests and resistance-to-solvent checks on part markings.
Product we ship carries a 60-day limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, subject to the exclusions in our Terms of Sale.
