Depending on the order's risk profile and the customer's requirements, we route to one or more of the following:

Non-destructive internal verification of die size, bond wires, and lead frame.
Chemical opening of the package to expose and inspect the die directly.
Microscopic die-level verification — mfr logo, part number, layout, defects.
Performance tested against the manufacturer's published datasheet.
Solder dip tests and resistance-to-solvent checks on part markings.
